RPHA 91

The RPHA 91 is HJC’s premium modular touring helmet, designed to deliver elevated comfort for every stage of the ride. Its advanced P.I.M. EVO shell offers enhanced shock resistance in a lightweight construction, while the HJ-37 face shield and HJ-V17 sun visor provide a clear, expansive field of vision. A refined chin bar locking system, low-noise interior, and eyewear-friendly EPS design complete a touring experience focused on comfort, convenience, and sophistication. The RPHA 91 is also compatible with the 2nd generation SMART HJC Bluetooth system.

STANDARD: DOT

Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 requirements. Testing covers impact energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin strap structural integrity, and labeling requirements for on-road motorcycle helmets.

PIM EVO SHELL

The PIM EVO Shell is engineered with advanced materials including carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to provide enhanced shock resistance, lightweight construction, and elevated riding comfort.

DMS SUN SHIELD

Dynamic Multi-Step Sun shield lets you fine-tune the visor to the optimal position. It is anti-fog coated and designed to be distortion-free for clear, comfortable vision.

EYEBROW VENTILATION

Integrated eyebrow vents promote efficient airflow and defogging performance, helping maintain a cooler, clearer, and more comfortable riding environment.

Engineered in collaboration with SENA and tailored exclusively for HJC helmets, the SMART HJC 2nd generation premium Bluetooth communication system features a fully integrated all-in-one design that enhances weight balance and aerodynamic performance for an elevated riding experience.

RPHA PREMIUM FIT INTERIOR

The RPHA Premium Fit Interior is crafted with advanced anti-bacterial fabric engineered for superior moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. Designed to enhance both comfort and safety, it features 3D-contoured cheek pads with reflective material, while interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes ensure a refined, personalized fit.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects for up to 5 years from the date of purchase or 7 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.
